jumbo bubble-this would be a balance spell a bubble appears and then it pops and little bubbles appear and it explodes on all the targets.

voodoo doll- a death spell of course a little wooden doll appears floating in the air and then its eyes appear as black little flames and shoots shadow balls at you.

fire spire- fire spell, a little girl appears crying then she says don't leave me here. then she melts and fire comes up and burns you every turn and every time you get burnt you here you should'nt of left me.

icy kiss- a freezing eye appears and it glares at you and then you freeze for 2 turns and then when your unmelted you take damage for the rest of the the battle in frost damage.

tornado-the storm professer comes out and spins around turning into a tornado hurting all enimies

ying of yang-a life spell, a green spirit appears and breathes green smog over all enimies and then a shadow spirit appears behind the life spirit using the health zap to heal everybody else.

mount olympus- a cloud floats down over the field with a mountain on it and it attacks every enemy with every type of magic!!!!

Some of these ideas are sort of scary, like the little girl, for kids under age this might seem a bit too scary for them. I think wizard101 wants something more kid-friendly, like the little girl is from fire school and she creates a spell that seems to transform her to magma and she attacks the opponent.

This is probably too time intensive, but worth mentioning.

I would love to see variations to the way the spell recipient reacts based on different amounts of damage.

For instance:
Light damage to a creature or player may make him shrug and flick an imaginary fly off his shoulder.

Small damage: A slight "windmilling arms" as if he was a little off balance.

Medium damage: Doubles over as if receiving a gut-punch.

Heavy: staggers backwards a few steps.

Very heavy: Knocked on his rear end, climbs back to his feet.

This is a good idea!

STORM MOUSE(STORM)

This might seem weird but i think there could be a storm mouse. for the scenery the inside of a house would pop up with lot of furniture and a mouse hole in the wall and a mouse would come out of it little shocks of electricity sort of exploding on it randomly is the the best way i can explain it then it would crawl under all the furniture go up the opponents leg and shock it. :P

ELEMENTAL SERPENT (BALANCE)
This will sound a bit like hydra but it would go like this an ice snake would appear and freeze the opponent in a cube of ice and while its frozen
the snake would start turning yellow it would shock the opponent with a bolt of lightning it would break the ice in doing so. then would turn red and shoot fire at the opponent.

i am mixing two ideas from other people here one said for animations to be longer when they are stronger the other said to be able to enhance your cards to make them better i think you should be able to get the enhancements but every time it got stronger a it would do a longer animation. it would be more organized than doing them apart

one thing that would be cool is if there was a master attack where that schools tree pops out of the ground and attacks sorry so little detail

Sunce we all know that some quests ask us to go to locations very far from where you are, usinh mounts would be faster.

Oooh, I like this.

I think I'd change the "smaller" attacks to make them a bit more interesting. The Dark Faerie, for example, is really boring to me. I also think the Banshee could be more impressive/frightening seeing as how she's the first real big attack you get as a Necromancer, at least in my opinion. And I think the Vampire Bat or whatever that comes afterwards is way too bland for something that strong, I mean, he even sort of replaces Stubbs!

(*** My brother and I refer to the Ghoul you get as Stubbs from Stubbs the Zombie. )

Treants:
This is my favorite animation so far. (Might be partly because I like Treants very much ;) ) The part, when it grows out of the earth as a tree and then morphs into a Treant, is done absolutely brilliant. I'd like him to smash the player with one of his branches.

Does anyone know how to give someone else health during battle? Like aomeone who might be fighting with you and can't give themselves health?

9pips

I'll throw in an idea for Balance.

Since Balance is somewhat has an egyptian theme to it, I thought why not throw...

Anubis into the mix as a 8 pip spell on a single target or AOE for multiple targets. You know those three pillars that you have to click to get into the temple of storms, and that whirlwind sand and the face comes up and you run through the portal? Picture the ground shaking and sand whirling around and thunder and lightning above and Anubis jumps up out of the ground. Keep it in mind, it is a Balance spell, think of it as a 50/50 chance it will work, if it fails, you lose the pips and start over... if it doesnt fizzle... heh... Anubis could start stomping around cause pillars to show up under the ground and fall on target(s) dealing massive damage or... he summons dogs possibly jackels from the underworld and they dart at target(s) or Anubis stomps around and summons up Iron Maidens that pop up under behind the target (s) and they get pushed into it and the Iron Maiden closes dealing massive dot damage.

Like I said earlier, it is a game of chance with this spell, make or break deal. it does massive high damage but the odds are not good of it actually happening, like storm and fizzling a lot, but yet very powerful.

Just a silly idea I thought I'd throw in.

Show the varying damage through the amount of coins he throws. E.g. Weak damage he throws a few, Heavy damage he throws heaps and perhaps even the pot?!

Fairy

I like the scene the fire elf has, so i would apply a scene to the fairy - When cast the fairy appears sitting on the edge of a giant spotted mushroom. It then looks toward the caster, giggles and flies up to heal them.

Imp

Imps are tricksters and performers.

Weak damage: normal imp animation + appearance of two other imps which remain stationary near the caster, making booing sounds.

Average: normal imp animation.

Strong: normal imp animation + appearance of two imps that remain stationary, applauding and cheering.

Agreed:
Storm lord, Scarecrow, all rank seven spells should, my storm lord just throws a bolt of lightning at people then moves on, with blades and traps on an enemy why not throw five or six in each hand, why not even just throw a storm cloud over an opponent and do a ton of damage each turn :D

I have played this game for a while and i have to say it is fun to see the attacks explode on my opponents. The move variations are a good idea but i think that it would also cause frustration. For example, you are facing a strong boss, or a tower in DragonSpyre. You are about to win when your storm shark or your sunbird and so on does the weakest damage it can. You have low health. The move doesn't kill the monster and the monster kills you the next turn. Even worse you cant port into towers. What if you have a friend helping you and you die in the tower. What if your friend isn't life and cant heal you? You go back to The Commons of the world and you cant port back in. That is why i think different power levels on the same move are a bad.?

I think the Death spells need a make over. 3 of the attacks, Ghoul, Vampire, and Wraith, all start with a cemetary and have the monster pop out of it. Maybe have the Vampire start by hanging from a tree with his back toward his victim, then as he smells his prey he springs to life by letting go of the branch, turning, and hoovering to lock in on his target, suck the life out of it, and spit it back at the caster (much the way it ends now). If not start by hanging in a tree, maybe in a bell tower and swoops out to devour his victim.
When I see the Wraith I think of him as a lower ranked Grim Reaper of sorts (which I think would be a better card than the Scarecrow). I like the way he maves and acts, but again with the graveyard. Maybe just a black screen that gets interupted by his toxic green glowing eyes and the camera pulls back to reveal his entire figure with the caster standing in the background. Then pan to a side view so we can see him do what he does.
The Skeletal Pirate would look better jumping on to the field from the plank of a ghost ship.
I know we don't want to scare people with the animations, but these are Death spells. I think it can be done without getting too scary.

I'll get back to you on some spells from the other schools.
P.S. The animation on the Scarecrow is so fast now that you can't see how much damage has been done. It is all just a big blur.
P.S.S. Maybe lower the camera angle a bit so we can see the damage number on the taller monsters.

i think one on the elves has to change because ice and storm both come from the ground while fire summons a huge pillar of hardened magma.

I would like to see some more realistic reactions from mobs you are fighting. let me explaine; add in emotion face/body language animation
when a mob is hit let them show it more than just when they die, like
they look more and more beat up and/or bloody, maybe an arm come loose
and is hanging there or a piece of armor etc. have the face have a pain/agoney look as to the impact the spell does.

Why can't our avy's look downward for???
That's violent......... but cool!

I'm looking forward to an underwater world at some point in the future (evil seahorses? sharkmen? mantamen?). Haven't tried Grizzlehelm yet, but everything looks awesome so far. You've got a very creative and clever group of people at Kings Isle!

My kids (ages 8, 8 and 6) love the pets in the game. Here are a couple of suggestions for the little ones:

1.) Pet Gear - have the pet shop sell accessories for the pets
2.) Mini-Me Pet - sell a pet that is a mini-copy of the person's wizard
3.) Pet Show - provide a fairgrounds area for a pet show where kids can show off (preferably multiple) pets
4.) Allow the pets to run "free" in the homes (the kids loved the home idea, too!)

Again, awesome job, Kings Isle.

This would be a cool death spell. Especially if the attacker animation would hold a miniature version of the defender.

okay now this doesnt have to do with spells but with houses like what if we can buy bridges and make are land one land like how the spiral world used to be just so we can get that feeling of what the spiral used to be like because instead of buying house what about buying houses for your land and i also think you should make the house cap to sixth because i want a grand fortress but i cant get it unless i sell my forested mansion which i made look like a enchanted forest
