I would do a plant called Buck Wheat. It has buck teeth, and when you harvest the elder you should be able to get a Ingredient for a potion,(wheat) :-)
I would like to see a flowering bush, like the fig tress, but with laughing flowers, call it tickled pink, they can giggle alot, also give king parsley a cousin Weeping Will, it can be crying alot. A shrinking Violet, it shrinks and the gets bigger. A dogwood plant, like the bear cactus, but made of bark and looks like a dog. Please more color options, use vibrant colors.
I think they should have a plant called normal plant but it would do some cool stuff it would change colors everday and give special prizes when you harvest it nothing normal it would be the oppisite of it's name lol.
a Money Tree( a tree with money for leaves), a Sweet Potato( a potato with an innocent face), Cat tail( a plant growing an actual cat's tail), and Cheery Tomatoes( like cherry tomatoes) ( a tomato dressed like a cheerleader).
a Hi-biscus it would be a big bush with hands on it that waved! it would be a large enchanted soil and it would give five hundred garden xp two hundred gold and healing hands treasure cards! and it would be a level five garden plant. a Starburst lilly it would be a big lilly with a star in the middle that after a bit would burst! it would give cl star school cards and five hundred graden xp it would be large enchant siol for level eight garden level!
i think a Snow Drops. These flowers drop snow from there petals. Or a tiger Lily. Its a lily with a face of a tiger imbedded in it. The cornFlower it can be flower made of corn.
I had the idea of blade grass: grass with sharp pointy blades. Or a grape vine, lol each grape will have a little face. The blade grass would drop random blade treasure cards (balanceblade, iceblade etc). Then the grape vine should drop a lot of grape snacks like green and golden grapes.

i know a good 1. you dont see many flowers that pertain to death.their all beautiful and colorful. so why not make something less beautiful but more wicked. couple suggestions: wilting warlock. its like a willow tree but smaller and the small tree has a warlocks face and moss beard
necro fungus.mushrooms with skulls instead of the bulbus umbrella shape.
bone rose.this 1 could cause problems though. since its already dead and made of bones and petrified petals, it would look alive when its wilting and full of color when its a dead plant.
