A1: No, you need another pip to cast that spell.
A2: You would have four power pips left after attacking, then you heal for two pips with two more pips leftover.
A3: You didn't pass, so you still have 2 power pips. You'll be able to cast the fire elf, taking you down to zero pips, but you can't use the rebirth, which takes four power pips or 7 regular pips.
