You forgot about Wysteria so that makes it 11 and I'm pretty sure Grub (The boss of Sunken City) is a bit more tougher than Nightshade

A Taunt doesn't force the enemy to attack you. It generates threat against you. It effectively increases the interest of the enemy in you. The enemy will not necessarily attack you on the next round.

Bartelby and his sister the Great Raven (I assume this is Grandmother Raven you later meet in Grizzleheim) were the "first creatures". Bartleby sang the dragons, tritons and giants into existance.
