There are some details on this page, that are not on the Ratbeard Karamelle update notes Part 1 and Part 2.
I do like that Ratbeard has broken down the Tiers, Critical and Levels for PvP. This is certainly something that KI has lacked in the past, solid clear communications. I for one really appreciate that Ratbeard has taken the time to write this up, and keep us informed.
At least, this way we can set up or level our players, so that we have a chance. I may not agree with him on all items, but there are a lot of items in here that I certainly do agree with.
