It just doesn't make sense that storm should be allowed to overtime when they have the highest crit/damage in the game for less pip cost, especially with the tank scion strategy. It should be for fire wizards mainly, as it makes sense for a fire to burn(overtime), it makes even harder to beat a storm and is not balanced.

storm is a rng based school giving it a dot can helped them play with skill and not the game deciding whether a storm wins or not, spell like wild bolt rusalka insane infact does allot but they have their drawbacks too

Mean while fire gets away with doing everything storm mains are begging for. Damage+dot+one shot potentials. Infact this entire meta has shifted around dot thats either backed by high end base stats or blade strats. Its litterally the core of winning matches. Potential set ups like shield breaker spells such as rat illusionist also set plays for matches.
