I don't know if anyone else has this problem, though I suspect they do, of having so many side quests it's hard to find the ones you WANT to do.
My proposal is to have a button either in the spellbook or when talking to thequest giver that removes the quest and lets you and let's you start it from the beginning later.
This would be nice as we could easily clear spellbook clutter.
