Tapestry to Polaris

I have this recipe but it calls for an Extra Large Fish Cart instead of the box. I must have picked it up a couple of years ago. According to the wiki, the only place to find this is a Witch's Horde Pack?

I have the same problem. It used to be a dwarf Ice box. Now I can't craft it since I don't purchase hoard packs. When did this change?
