Okay, is it normal for the quest "Find the Fang" to still say "Defeat Keeper of the Fang in The Vault of Ice in Krokotopia" AFTER you've cleared the Vault of Ice? Some people suggested that me and a friend restart Wizard101 and do the dungeon over again to complete the quest, but it's not working. We're completely stuck.
This is the kind of glitch that I would classify as "GAME-BREAKING", since it's preventing us from going on the complete Krokotopia. An emergency maintenance may be required to fix this mess before it wastes too many people's membership time.
I played through and tried to duplicate your sticking point and the quest worked fine. Are you having issues solving the puzzles to get to the Keeper of the Fang?
Is it possible you were not in the battle with the Keeper when it was defeated? If so that would explain why you didn't get credit for defeating it in the mainline quest.
