I'm aware that Falmea and someone else on KI Live mentioned that Housing Items will not have a feature to allow them to be flipped upside down because the Developers never filled the bottoms of Housing Items with anything in them
But what if...
You could rotate certain items?
Pictures, Lamps, Plaques, Shelves, etc.
You can make objects spin or rotate objects to where things like Pictures could be upside down.
