Most of the time, I've been getting lag spikes every other second. It's annoying and I don't know what's causing it. Maybe it all started when I purchased the Aero Glider Mount from the Crown Shop.
If you don't have any quests (no yellow arrow), turn off Quest Finder, which is what tells you if there's any quests in the world. This is what's causing that lag.
