I'm in Mirkholm Keep and I'm level 47 Should I keep doing this?

I would. Wintertusk will you give great rewards in the future. New gear, LOTS of xp, fast leveling, new pet for your school, and much much more!!! Celestia will be very easy with your lvl 58 spell

If you do not complete Grizzlehiem and then enter Wintertusk it mucks up getting spells and pets later on.

Definitely keep going, there are many people who complained about Grizzleheim, but personally I loved both Grizzleheim and Wintertusk and in my opinion they were well worth the journey. Not to mention all those awesome runes to translate!
