Is Critical Rating calculated in this way?

I was wondering about how critical rating was calculated. As I moved my mouse over critical rating, I noticed some percentages. Then I decided to do some math.

As you can see, 3% of my critical rating is from my staff. My staff gives me 24 critical rating. Once you do the math (24/x = 3/100) 100% critical is equal to 800 critical rating.

I also tried this with critical block rating, my staff gives me 8 critical block rating which was equal to 1%.

Could this perhaps be how critical/block ratings are calculated?

the max critical rating is 500 and the block is 400.
so for every 100 critical it is equal to 20% and for every 100 block it is equal to 25%.
why they are both different i dont no why it is the way KI did it.

Yeah I suppose you are right, I just did the math for my other objects and it doesn't really seem to work.

Thanks for your answer!

Haha critical can be so confusing.
