But, why not a SCC In Azteca's Xibalba? I mean, he is the last boss of Azteca there, so, why not there, too? I read that he drops some loot only gained from him there & requested to give him a SCC in Xibalba not long ago.
Well Malistaire does not drop any good loot AT ALL in Xibalba. There for no need to be putting a SCC . On the other hand Malistaire in Darkmoor does.

But, there are certain items that only he drops in Xibalba. I've looked at his loot table in that instance & found some, & no one else in Azteca drops these items, such as the Mantle of the Last Codex, Judgement of Pitch Black Lake, & Night Caiman's Tomb Wraps, & they're unique from that loot table in that instance only. It's true.

Still putting in a SCC in Xibibla is no need. I don't think there is anything good AT ALL in xibibla. Other wise people would have and farmed xibibla. Not every boss needs a SCC

Malistaire in Xibalba is the final boss there, & these items are the only ones he drops in that instance only, & it fairly takes Wizards long enough to reach him, & there are those that have tried many times to obtain these items gained only from him there.
Those items do count to be his unique loot in his loot table in that instance only, nowhere else, & that's got to be at least something that is worth granting him a SCC there.
