Facing Lyon Lorestriker in Wysteria's Tower of the Helephant was a blast, but I figured out that he's one of the bosses in Wysteria that doesn't have a Second Chance Chest, or, a boss in that world that doesn't have a SCC, for that matter. So, here's the survey as follows...
1) Is the boss in question at the end of a really long instance? Well, Lyon Lorestriker is the final boss of that instance & it took a very long time to get to him, so, yes, he is at the end of that really long instance. Check!
2) Does the boss in question have unique loot? Well, I've read that he does drop a particular robe called the Diamond Dust Drape, & I think that's what some Ice Wizards may be interested in, so, I think it's relative that he only has that loot item that is unique in his table as his own unique loot drop, so, yes, he does have unique loot! Check!

Well, the search for finding some loot drop item in his table was a bit exhausting to do, & after some searching, I actually found one item that is truly unique in Lyon's loot table, & the Diamond Dust Drape was that unique loot item he drops. Sure, he does have many loot items that many share, but that doesn't mean there isn't something in his table worth farming for, so I found it & here it is.
