Mad Marty still using taunts

I bought Mad Marty, the lvl 80 ice henchman, for the battle against clemente moraga. Marty is using mass taunts repeatedly, I thought taunts were removed from henchmen's decks.

Why do you believe that taunts were removed? Can you direct me to where this was stated?

Why would Taunts be removed? His job is to draw attacks away from you.
