Ok so first off i am a level 72 pyromancer and i have not gotten the powerlink quest yet i went to the guy who is supposed to give me it but still nothing. Also if it means anything i played up to grandmaster when that was the highest and i took a couple years of break but i have been playing for about 2-3 months now , i am not sure if that would be the problem here just wondering becuase i hear you cant get backdraft and detonate with out getting powerlink any answer would help thanks much.
