According to Wizard101 wiki, deer night doesn't heal.
Yes it does. I have personaly seen it use spritely and unicorn. He was ancient.

Any talents from any other pets can be hatched into a current pet so what you have seen is someone who has worked very hard and hatched with other pets that could or have that talent for that Deer Knight to have those abilities.

So Wiki is still correct on the first generation talents of the Deer Knight pet.

W101wiki can only tell you what a 1st generation pet comes with. Once you start hatching with other pets, any pet can have any talent.

He was also a hatched pet; with a parent that had those spells, the wizard got very lucky, or hatched several times to get that pet.

The 1st generation Deer Knight's stats on the wiki are accurate.

I believe they mean the first generation pet will not get that talent. You can hatch any talent you like into later generations of that pet.
