I have been trying to get my winterbane attire but every time I select it, it says there was a problem. I got everything else except this from my card. HELP!!!!
The Winterbane Attire is three items. Your backpack does not have enough room for three items. Clean out some space in your backpack for more items and remember when your backpack and bank are full, you cannot receive rewards from duels.
You can: Feed clothes to your pet. The feed pet icon is near the equip icon. Sell them at bazaar (if it's no auction, give it to your pet or sell it to vendor somewhere). If the item is no sell, no auction, and you cannot feed it to your pet, like sword of kings in last dungeon Avalon, there's always the option of drop it to the trash. The trash icon is near feed pet icon. Hope I helped.
professor greyrose is right when I redemmed a atlantean bundle and it said there was a problem redeeming your items, but what I had to do was go on another character and go back on my main and it worked
