Ok this isnt exact but the words come out to
"Wizard united , Behold wise an faithful"
Now im no latin major but its something close to this.

I believe this is in Latin also.
From using Google Translate, it says:
Wizard joined Lo magician sure
Translating seperately, Veneficus Iunctum means "Wizard unity" and En Magus Nos Fidelis means See magician sure... GT isn't too accurate sorry.

Now the Google Translator says this and also for some reason it say's its from French but I fixed it by getting the translation from English then translating it to English and the English Translation was Latin lol: Unity Wizard, Magician In Our Faith. Must mean One Wizard, The Savior is In Wizard City hands. So it says that we are the one true Wizard.
