I can't get into test realum

I am a paying member. I downloaded test realum and I still cant get in. All it reads is area is not ready for you to explore yet. Why?

The big notification that the Test Realm is OFFLINE should have been an indication as to why you cannot log in.

The Test Realm is only online when we have something for you to test.
