Hi recently I had a bug on my computer and to wipe my hard drive and had to reinstall WIZARD101. In doin so I get an error message that sates : Wizard101.exe - Application Error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000185). Click OK to terminate the application. And I no long have the Wizardclient.log that is needed after my uninstall. I tried to reinstal the game three times and got the same error message.

Please tell me have an answer to help me get back to playing my favorite game I dont want to miss anymore Christmas In July's!

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of your computer hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
