ok today i noticed that some people have 120 critical and they critcal like monsters and i have 197 critical and i never critical! so i'm guessing its some sort of problem.
No problem at all, you see, the higher critical rating, the more likely you are to hit critical. I know you are not hiting critical often, its just an unlucky misfortion. By the way, as long as you have a critical rating you have the chance to hit critical. I am not sure of the percent to number ratio, but its probably somewhere around #5 to %1. Good luck!
