Halston Balestrom not giving a quest?

I just leveled to 60 last night and Halston said to come see him. It was urgent. I was so excited thinking I was getting a new spell quest. I get there and nothing! He has nothing for me. Is this a bug? Thanks for input. It's driving me nuts thinking I'm missing something.

Did he say something like, "Come see me, I have a new spell for you," or something like that? If he did, then you can learn that spell.
