Hello I've bought epic bundle and when I came to wizard101 I would choose the clothes in the epic package bundle, so I took tier1 clothes. But I'm at level 40 so can i upgrades the clothing? i cant find the upgrade button.
When you redeemed the card and the item appeared in your Gift Window - you were given a choice as to which tier you wanted at that time. That decision was final and you cannot upgrade that gear.
Professor, I don't think too many people realize it is a choice. He is level 40, he obviously didn't understand he could have a choice. He couldn't have just chose it on purpose.
I almost made the same mistake myself as I didn't realize at first that it was a choice. Fortunately, I took the time to read everything first, and when I realized it was a choice, and the armor didn't upgrade as I levelled, I selected the appropriate level gear for my wizard.
