OK, so I'm Level 11. I just got the quest from Eudora Tangletree to talk to Wul'yahm in The Oasis. The quest tracker directs me to Bartleby. Problem is, I can't seem to get through this supposed portal. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Once you have completed all your required assignments in Wizard City, Merle Ambrose will ask you to investigate Krokotopia.

Once you have been given that quest, you can access the Spiral door by entering Bartleby the World Tree.

So, you're saying that despite the fact that Eudora just gave me that quest, I have to wait until I have completed all Wizard city quests?

Yes that is correct. There are a few times in the Spiral that you will be given an assignment that leads you to an area that you're not quite ready for.

Continue the story and you will open up other areas and worlds as you progress.
