What if malistare was alive and merle ambrose was really a agent for malistare who was trying to kill you and then you had to fight them both and release the real merle ambrose and then the battle could even happen in golem court like when you are in tutorial.

Thats a good idea, i guess, but that would be like the malistare dungeon only with two bosses and no crystals or mini bosses, and it would be too hard. Plus it wouldnt make much sense if you already beat the game. ( like me ) because you think: how could he be evil? he has done so many good things and helped you beat malistare. plus theres no reason why malistare is doing this twice.

Enough with these ideas, they would be overly time consuming to implement and really wouldn't add anything to the game.

you know merle ambrose is a good guy cause he has been ALWAYS trying to help you, but the idea is still kinda cool, maybe someone like that zebra guy in golem court could be the spy.

Then we'd all be living a lie...

I could never imagine a spy masquerading as Ambrose to wreak havoc on someone. Plus that would make a confusing plot point for the children who play this game.

Actually its not a bad idea.... These are the quests

Level 60
Come to my office young wizard.
Talk to Merle Ambrose

You find yourself in a dungeon with malistare and merle.

And all those quests

Defeat Malistare Merle Ambrose and Morganthe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Malistare 18 000 Health
80% Death Resist
85% Life Boost
50% Death Critical
45% Death Critical Block
All Death Spells Scarecrow and Under

Merle Ambrose 40 000 Health
90% Resist Storm Ice Fire Life Death Myth
100% Boost Balance
70% All Critical
35% All Critical Block
All Spells including Level 60 spells (included Moon Sun and Star Spells)

Morganthe (im not sure of her real health so im making this up) 20 500 Health
85% (im not sure about her school) Balance Resist
60% Life Death and Myth Boost
60% All Critical
55% All Critical Block
All Spells Death and Astral

(you are the only one allowed in the dungeon no henchman can be bought)
Then after the first round the Sun Moon and Star Teachers appear to help.

Moon Teacher 50 000
All Moon Spells and Elemental Spells

Sun Teacher 50 000
All Sun Spells and Spiritual Spells

Star Teacher 100 000
All Star Spells and Balance Spells

Moon Teacher can sacrifice an amount of health you need in order to heal completely anytime when you have 500 or below health.

Sun Teacher can sacrifice an amount of health you need in order to fill up your mana completely anytime when you have 100 or below mana.

Star Teacher can sacrifice an amount of health you need in order to block any attack 5000 and above.

Merle Ambrose can copy any Charm you cast for himself

Malistare can take any health you gained from a healing spell (not including moon ability)

Morganthe can take any damage 2000 and below for her own health or use that exact amount of damage for her next spell

You have a 50-50 chance of winning maybe.

After defeating them you figure out that the morganthe and malistare were actually clones. And merle created them to test you and made this test up to see if you were ready. When you lose you are teleported to the front of the dungeon and your health and mana fill completely. When you lose the 4th or more you are teleported to the Commons area, and your health and mana stay the same as you had them.

Once you beat them merle ambrose reveals this secret and says you have passed and you get the EPIC WIZARD badge. Merle gives you all the levels until your at Level 101 and you get the title Epic. You get the best clothing for your school including wands athtames amulet etc.

Funny idea :)

ok thats... CRAZY. i have no idea what he real plot is and the bosses are TOO hard even with teachers help.

Merle was the founder of Wizard City and Ravenwood. Therfore, he was the one that HIRED Malistaire. And, he was the one that found the wizard that SAVED the Spiral. Now, why would someone evil put things in to stop him.

So, even if KI wanted to make a twist like that, it would be too late for it to make sense. :?
