The Gift Icon on the left hand side of your screen will appear when you have a Gift waiting. Click on the Gift to open the Gift Redemption Page. If you have a lot of items to redeem from promotions etc, you will have more than one page in that Gift Redemption Page.
The pet will arrive as an EGG, not as a hatched pet. Check your Gift Redemption Page for an egg.
If you still cannot find it, please send the following information to support via email at support@wizard101.com The email to support must come from the email address associated with your Wizard101 account. 1. Account Name (never give the password) 2. Store you purchased the card (ie Target, Best Buy etc)
They will look up the information and get back to you.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
