i think that their should be some kind of special reword for the wizards who complete the the test quest for the new world because it is really hard and not needed to be completed to get their
I agree as I find it expensive in terms of gold to run for potions and the use of quench, as well as any other such thing, and the only drop that the tower gives is in the form of a key to celestria, so no real boss drop at all not even anything you can sell for gold.
