I didnt get my balance lvl 70's spells.

I am lvl 75 and i i have not got the lvl 70's spell. I have got the chimera and ra and hydra and jusgement and everything bu ti cant get it. Professor Greyrose, you answer this please

Mass Prism Spells are available in The Wild after you have reached Minimum Level Requirement: 70
There's also a Quest Completion Requirement: "Into the Nest" and Quest completion unlocks a vendor who will offer these spells to train

Do i have to do any quests in grizzleheim because i finished wild and now i am up to the wyrd.

After you finish the White Owl Tower go see Cassie the Ponycorn in the Toadstool village.
