Regarding the October 23rd Downtime

As many of you who follow us on Facebook and Twitter already know, we had an unexpected downtime on Sunday evening.

During this downtime players were unable to log in to the game, and we apologize for the interruption in service.

We are continuing to assess the impact, if any, that this downtime had on our players and will follow up with a message and status update later today (Monday).
