KINGSISLE AND EXTRA LIFE 2021
We’re excited and proud to be supporting Extra Life again! The goal for this year’s charity effort is to raise $10,000 for the local Austin Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. With 170 hospitals across their network, each location treats thousands of kids annually, regardless of their illness, injury or family's ability to pay. Contribute to this very worthwhile cause by joining our efforts below.

SPIRAL STITCH CONTEST BEGINS
Combining your favorite and most powerful gear into a new-you stitched look has never been more fun than it's about to get! Introducing the first Spiral Stitch Contest for both Wizard101 and Pirate101!
Come up with a unique or unexpected set of gear that normally would not go together, but when stitched together looks amazing! Unique stitch with no more than a single item per gear set will be rated higher than stitches that choose entire gear sets. Non-set items count just as highly as set items.
Bonus points for equipping a matching weapon!

KI LIVE: SPECIAL GUESTS AND SPECIAL PRIZES
We had a wild KI Live show for September! While there were the expected show highlights like answering your questions, we first introduced our special guests from the wider gamigo team, Mobi (Sr. Community Manager) and Kinsiel (Social & CM) for games like Trove and Fiesta.
Before KI Live began though, we were chatting with them on their own Twitch channel to introduce Wizard101 and Pirate101 to the wider gamigo community. If you are interested in checking out that "Pre-KI Live show", it will be on their YouTube channel soon.

WIZARD101 BRINGS FAMILIES TOGETHER
Melissa GhostSinger is a veteran Wizard101 player who's been active in the community for years. You might know her from Twitter! She's an Ice wizard who's explored streaming and YouTube, and she's also a mom. In her post, Melissa shares her experiences in Wizard101 and how they've been influenced by her kids.
“In the summer of 2010, my youngest son came to me and said that he didn't want an owl announcing his admission into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, because he wanted to go to Ravenwood. His heart was set and his eyes were full of determination. Ravenwood, I thought. What in the world is Ravenwood?
I didn't know what he was talking about, but I was open to the idea of learning more about this magical place that had my child in a trance. It was the captivating, colorful, and inviting commercials for Wizard101 that lured him into this new world, and I agreed that the game really does take you on a mythical journey.” - Melissa GhostSinger
“Decorating in Wizard101 has been the best way to bring real-life creativity into the game. Over the years, wizards have used housing and decorating features to create amazing castles and dorms. I have personally visited many decorated castles by community members and I was blown away by the creations they've made.
Decorating in 2021 is different from what it was back in 2008. Things have changed, and lots of new items have been added. Ever since I started playing the game, I fell in love with the decorating feature. It provided me with ways to bring amazing ideas and turn a few furniture items into something totally different. Currently, there are a couple thousand housing items to work with, and creativity has no limit. Going all out is what I love to do!” - Daniel SunSword
