Just a random boss to give lower leveled wizard a bit of a challenge. no quest, no storyline.

She is the only Rank 1 Boss in the game? She has no resistance to or weakness against any school? She can be farmed for several 1 day mounts? I think I remember this question before but am not sure what was thought about her.
