I can't get the lvl 32 or lvl 38 life school spell

Hi i got to level 32 and i got my spell quest but i didn't go to it. I passed level 32 and when i went to go do the quest i wasn't able to. now i am level 39 and i still cannot get any of the spell quests can anyone help me PLEASE!!!!

To learn Dryad you need to visit Moolinda Wu for the quest Nature's Lock.

To learn Triage you need to visit Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town. You will need to have completed the required pre-requisites in Grizzleheim.

Professor Greyrose i've looked back on my spells to see if i've gotten all of the spells i am supppose to have. Turns out that i don't. I still do not have the sprite minion spell. I've gotten all of the spells before that but when i went to go get that spell the exclamation point was NOT over her head and it never gave me the quest for that spell or any other spell past that.
