My wife found him but no matter what she tries, he remains in her questbook despite running all over and around him. Has anyone had this issue and if so, how was it resolved.
There are two Smiths that are labeled as being in the Commons. One is mistakenly labeled and can be found in Olde Town. Try locating that Smith and see if it clears up the Quest. If not, contact customer support via the Help & Support tab on the left.
