Mount Olympus - level 30
Atlantea - level 70
Tartarus - level 90

Two things you should know:

Mount O is level 30, but at that level you should go with a team, not solo, at least the first time.

There is a high level boss (Gladiator) as an optional fight in that instance. It is much harder than the quest so save that for later.
