A: I'm going to assume you mean Power Nova because, for Supernova you talk to someone in Avalon. So, in order to get your Power Nova spell you must talk to Zanetta Stormbreaker. There are others, of course, that you must talk to but, Zanetta is the only one in Dragonspyre.
