Text above tall enemies

Some enemies are so tall it's sometimes impossible to see the text above them when the camera angle hasn't been changed by a spell, for example when enemies are taking damage from a DoT. This is extremely frustrating, because I want to know if the DoT from my Rain of Fire will kill the boss or not, but with the camera the way it is, I can't.

Either the camera could be further away from the battle, or damage numbers could be shown in the 2D overview.

PS: For the love of Ambrose, show us the percentage damage bonus of our blades! I'd like to know if that blade I cast 6 rounds ago was sharpened or not.

The simple solution would be to show the damage of enemies below their feet, with the damage on friends above their heads, so it never gets shifted out of view due to height.
