Supercharge wastes 3 pips.

The Storm blade Supercharge ought to already start out with a 30% buff, and 10% gets added to that for each pip you have. Think about it. If a Storm wizard casts Supercharge at 3 pips , they get a 30% blade , which they could've gotten for 0 pips . Whenever they cast Supercharge, they get ripped off by 3 pips . That's enough for a heal, and one pip away from a Satyr. 3 pips can make a big difference in boss battles, and especially in PvP.

Super charge is meant to be different then a normal blade, super charge + 3 balance can kill round 2 (3 give pip spell round 1 = 12 pips round 1 super charge is 90% blade round one). This means storm can have pot 160% blade in 2 rounds which is insane you wish to increase it even more.

Supercharge stacks with regular Stormblade, so it's an extra 10% per pip
