alright in spiral cup, there is a bunch of wands in display cases.... take one of those wands... and make it as if it was to come out in next new update
name. description of the wand you are doing on 4 stats none surpassing 200 points into it but keep it reasonable what school the wand hit is/ it's damage/ how many of it if maycast, none above say 5 pips....
keep it reasonable, no god modding it... make it as if you'll actually see it in the game tomorrow... if one wand gets used, dont fear, make ya own version... and just for good measures, all wands are set at max level
