I tried responding earlier, but I accidentally deleted my post- UGH! Anyway in a nut shell:
I like Formation shield, I think that Snowpile should be one less pip. You have an obsession with Bounceback don't you? I think both life spells are too OP/I need more information. I think Fire Propellant is too OP and I think there has to be a better idea than Steal all Charms for Fire. Mass Feint would be cool. Mass Curse I see more as a balance thing, but I do know Death has a spell called Curse. I like Refine, but the other spell is pointless given Earthquake and Mystic Colossus. The Storm ones are good. Maybe add more tiers? I don't like the Divert Power and don't think it would work very well, it's too complicated, SandBlast is Majorly OP!
I must say that I do really like my (Spire Shield) and (Glass Prism) ones!
Some other ideas that I had:
- Moon Minion- Cast on a minion- when/if that minion is defeated they Shift Cheny the bad guy (has a moon hovering by them)
- Reanimate Death Version of Guardian Spirit that also gives a +10% Pierce Spear.

Cool these are neat! Just some things I think can be altered a bit.

This spell could be super overpowered when used at the correct time. I would suggest the accuracy decrease to 60%, like supernova.
Title: Bounceback Accuracy: 100% Pip Cost: 5 Description: Bounce back next incoming damage spell to caster
Maybe switch it to Balance or Ice; seems to be very defense orientated. Also, make it the chance to bounce, not guaranteed as it'll give it that risk factor.
Title: Lambent Light Accuracy: 90% Pip Cost: 4 Description: Convert next incoming damage to .
Yet another incredible spell when used at the correct time. I would suggest adding one more pip to the pip cost, to reduce spammability, but not the viability.
Title: Fire Propellant Accuracy: 100% Pip Cost: 3 Description: +30% to next damage spell x3 (Blades)
I think this would better fit with Storm as they have a higher focus on charms.
Title: Refine Accuracy: 100% Pip Cost: 2 Description: Remove all negative wards from target
Add a pip to the pip cost to match shatter; too viable for 2 pips only.

Hmm, possibly add a pip to the pip cost. Not sure how I feel about this one.

Was gonna change values, but is fine as is since it can be affected by sharpen blade

The jewel crafter's bundle gives a spell similar: Chromatic Blast. Great for setting up, but fire has back-draft and storm has supercharge. May I suggest something instead?
