Please set "useable" to "yes" as default, instead of unchecked.
That way, when you load the bazaar, it you don't have to sit there and wait forever while it loads every single item in stock, just so you can check useable yourself and then get on with the business you went to the bazaar to conduct in the first place.

It loads everything anyway even if you have it checked. It wouldn't speed up a thing unless they did a massive change in the code to only load the things visible.
