Potion vendors in the other worlds

I'm sure people have brought this up before, but shouldn't there be other potion vendors besides the one in wizard city? It's just a little bit tedious to go back to wizard city every time you need to quickly regain health when you're questing in the other worlds.

It's a ways off probably, but there is a new potion vendor in the Arcanum.....
