we all want items from the cash shop some of us want old mounts, housing, gear or even pets but they are no longer in the shop and it may be several months before they come again that's why every Sunday a survey page would become active and as players what 3 items they would want to return to the crown shop for that week. the most popular items would be available in the crown shop stating Wednesday and end on Saturday. like I want to see the grand castle house (has a dueling field) return to the cash shop along with the Ruined painting furniture item, and random choice pet (if a player cant decide on a wanted item they can choose random and a randomizer can pick an item that's not in the shop) this gives the players more reasons to spend money on crowns and play more often to get what they want. but to keep it far once an item is featured in the week's Wanted Wednesday it can not be picked again until 1 or 2 weeks later. to keep the choices to be different.

My counter argument to this is ONLY PAIED MEMBER SHIP PLAYERS CAN ACCESS IT. those who have only 1 account not family accounts and have at least a monthly membership can access the voting rights. so free users can enter and people must buy a membership. so this not only encourages players to buy a membership but also buy more crowns. but this can revive some retired products and give players incentive to hurry and buy before they're gone.

I understand where you're coming from Malvin but this is to prevent account spam. that could make account spam easier. but I can see this working they have to buy at least a player bundle like the Jewel Crafters Bundle. Spend at least $39.99 so this way it discourages players from account spamming. my top 3 wanted Wednesday items

Account spam refers to making multiple accounts without using them like one guy could make RndmGuy1,RndmGuy2, RndmGuy3 and so on so he has a better chance to get the items he wants so its basically cheating the voting system its best to prevent this so it encourages players to choose wisely.
