Gob-o-lantern why is this not a pet? it in the zoo in stone town but not an available pet.. i want one as soon as you make it a pet, please give it good stats as well as good abilities to learn. release near Halloween...

This is an already existing pet, and has been since October 2011, it can be obtained as a drop from the Halloween packs in the Crowns shop.
