I believe in a nation where All card vendors are random around the spiral! But really, they need to mix up some of the spell vendors. Like, you shouldn't get a spell at the end of Marlybone, but have a spell vendor somewhere in Mooshu! Or, the death tree in Dragonspyre should give spells. Or, Maybe at the end of dungeons, you find a spell vendor. So yeah, that'd be awesome

Yeah, maybe at the end of Malistares dungeon, you find a card trainer giving quests for grandmaster spells.
Ice: Snow Blast, 5 pips, does 3 hits of 200 to one enemy and a tower shield to self.
Fire: Princess of Flames, 5 pips. Attacks all enemies for 500 and stuns all enemies.
Storm: Thunderstorm, 6 pips. Hits all enemies for 10, 100 or 1000.
Life: Spirit Blast, 5 pips. Attack all enemies for 350 damage, and heal all allies for 250.
Death: Ghostly Sprit, 5 pips. Attacks one enemy for 450 damage, and leaves -50% damage weakness on enemy.
Myth: Mythical Blast, 5 pips. Hits enemy for 600 damage and leaves a absorb for 400 damage on self.
Balance: Mass dispels, 6 pips. Leaves 1 random school dispel to all enemies, and a 30% tower shield to all allies.
Also can learn mass dispels for each school after quest is completed for 1 training point, 4 pips each.
Hopefully Kingsisle does this, wonderful idea!

Maybe for some you have to beat a boss to get the new Aquila spells, like Hades and what-not
