The Quest: At level 125, Ivan will call you to come to Polaris for a quest. He will tell you he wants to meet up with his brother who lives in Wintertusk. So you and Ivan travel together to Wintertusk to find his brother, who was captured by Ravens for interrupting a ritual. Ivan and the wizard must fight through a gauntlet of ravens to save his brother. At the end of the quest, the wizard receives a spell
"You know, Wizard... Polaris is quite boring... I miss the havoc we caused, how about I journey with you for a while?" is what Ivan would say before you receive your spell
