As said with many many other starting schools, it's either impossible, too long, or just not needed. You'd need to redo all the areas and put the school in there randomly.
It can't really happen without rewriting the entire game. The whole story is premised on teaching Shadow magic being prohibited at Ravenwood. It goes against the entire second arc story line.
