I was wondering how long my storm could be deleted for until you cannot undo the action? Could someone please tell me. I has been
half of month can someone please tell me?

Contact support and they can tell you if it can be undone or not.

Once you delete a character it is gone. I don't know about this but if it was still in the databases, you can contant support.
