That could cause glitches like your pet levels up while it's equipped in battle. Or you're training two pets at the same time or training the same pet at the same time. That would break the game.

That's actually avoidable if they locked the pet AND wizard it's attached to that was being trained on Grub Guardian from being logged in on Wizard101 or vice versa. That way you can be doing a dungeon on a character and training on a different wizard. With that the information could be updated after each round of GG and officially added when you log onto that character in W101.
